Emergency crews were notified on Jan. 31 at around 9 p.m. of shots fired outside 40 Falstaff Ave., near Jane St. and Hwy. 401.

On Friday, police charged Emmanuel Missah, 24, with accessory after the fact to murder and failing to comply with a recognizance.
The next day, officers arrested Hassan Ali in Windsor, charging the 22-year-old with accessory after the fact, failing to comply, drug possession and proceeds of crime over $5.000.
